Professional Copper Aluminum Recycling Machine for medium to large scale operations.

Copper Aluminum Radiator is a kind of waste formed after the material-separation of AC radiators and automobile parts. It is mainly composed of copper tube and aluminum foil. This machinery uses a complete set of decomposition and separation tools to shear and crush the mixture of aluminum and copper. The resulting scrap material is then separated by air flow and a gravity mechanism.

This machinery is engineered as a fully automated process and can easily be operated by one person.

The Process

The raw waste material is first sent to the twin-shaft shredder via a conveyor belt. This is the first step of ‘primary’ crushing. The twin-shaft shredder squeezes, tears, and breaks the material into small pieces and then sends it to the vertical crusher via another conveyor belt. During the next stage, the ‘secondary crushing’, a hammer-mechanism fully dissipates the scrap fragments, and squeezes and kneads them into high-density pellets. The resulting particles are then sorted out by the magnetic separator, leaving the remaining copper and aluminum to be be fine-sorted in the gravity sorting machine.

 

Step-by-Step Operation (Example)

1. Start: Ensure that all parts are in good condition. Before operation, keep the machine running without load for 10 minutes.
2. Pre-Shredding: Scrap material is inserted into the tearing opening of the double shaft shredder. Beneath the action of the large torque, the material is then torn into pieces.
3. Fine crushing: The resulting scrap mixture is then crushed even further into smaller pieces, leaving the copper and aluminum to be separated in the next step.
4. Belt Magnetci Separator: This mechanism separates iron from the rest of the scrap material.
5. Vibration Screen: By selecting different types of screen with different aperture sizes, the small pieces that fit the size are allowed to pass through and to proceed to the gravity separator.
6. Gravity Separator: Due to the different gravity properties of copper and aluminum, the vibration frequency can be adjusted to separate them completely.
