Full-Scale Tire Recycling Production Line. High quality machinery with ISO & CE quality certifications.
This production line effectively creates a system that automatically separates rubber, steel wire, nylon fibers and other materials. The whole line adopts a modern PLC control system, which makes it easy to operate and maintain the system. Moreover, the system is very energy efficient and has a long service life.
Materials that can be processed
Waste tires, rubber soles, waste pipes, rubber conveyor belts and other rubber products. Old tires are the most commonly used waste product in this system.
What can the resulting rubber material be used for?
In recent years, the recycling of tires has become a major industry. After stripping the tire and crushing it to small particles, it can be used or re-sold for various new uses.
The subsequent use of the rubber material depends largely on the mesh size used. Some examples include:
- 8-20 mesh size: Mainly used for runways, road cushions, sports pavements, etc.
- 30-40 mesh size: Mainly used for reclaimed rubber, paving, production of rubber sheets.
- 40-60 mesh size: Mainly used for rubber fillings, plastic modifications.
- 60-80 mesh size: Mainly used in automobile tires, rubber products, building materials.
