High quality copper & aluminum crusher that uses production-line conveyor belts to connect all steps.

First, the material is coarsely crushed by the first crusher, and then crushed by the second crusher. The material is crushed into pieces of 3 cm in size that are is magnetically sorted to separate the iron parts. The machinery has an innovative structure, an appealing appearance, and most importantly a large production capacity. Moreover, the machinery does not require water and is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.

With an improved production efficiency, the machinery also achieves a high separation rate of the resulting scrap material, which can reach more than 98%. At the same time, it adopts a multi-stage crushing process that optimizes the entire operation, effectively controlling the copper and aluminum loss rate.

The disposal of cars and related parts as well as the processing of radiators have historically resulted in a lot of waste.  As the non-ferrous metal content in the copper and aluminum radiators is quite valuable, there is increased interest the recycling of AC radiators and similar items. That’s where this machinery comes in: it’s the ideal solution for most copper and aluminum recycling operations that require reliable separation of the resulting scrap materials.

 

 

 

The Process

The raw waste material is first sent to the twin-shaft shredder via a conveyor belt. This is the first step of ‘primary’ crushing. The twin-shaft shredder squeezes, tears, and breaks the material into small pieces and then sends it to the vertical crusher via another conveyor belt. During the next stage, the ‘secondary crushing’, a hammer-mechanism fully dissipates the scrap fragments, and squeezes and kneads them into high-density pellets. The resulting  particles are then sorted out by the magnetic separator, leaving the remaining copper and aluminum to be be fine-sorted in the gravity sorting machine.
